The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions. You will also be able to do the self-treatment, using all the level II symbols and all traditional Japanese Reiki Techniques.

Reiki I and II are taught together during the two consecutive Sundays, with both attunements given. You will need to practice at home in between.

Information and techniques for both levels include:

• Reiki hand positions

• Giving a complete Reiki treatment for self and others

• Japanese Reiki Techniques

• Using Reiki for specific conditions

• Reiki II symbols and how to use them

• Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits

• Distant healing

• 192 page class manual

• Class certificate

 This class is a combination of lecture, discussion, and hands on experience. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all hand positions, the self-treatment, all the level II symbols (distant healing included), and all the Japanese Reiki techniques mentioned above.

While this class is hands-on, you are also expected to set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. Additional time needs to be committed to practicing Reiki one evening a week for several weeks. This practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence needed to fully utilize the Reiki training.

The ART/Master training combines both Advanced Reiki Training and the complete Usui/Holy Fire Master training into one 3 day class which is usually taught during a 3 day weekend. Class times are 9am to 6:30pm each day. 

To qualify to take this class a student must have taken Reiki I&II and practiced Reiki II for at least 6 months. Also, a student must be able to draw the 3 symbols from Reiki II from memory.  

In the process of learning the healing techniques and Reiki III ignitions each student will go through outstanding healing experiences.

This unique yoga instructor program is designed in accordance with the 200-hour requirements for Yoga Alliance registration and will empower you with a solid foundation of knowledge, skills, and confidence to begin teaching safely and mindfully. This foundational program will advance your practice, acquaint you with the many layers of yoga, build your confidence, and help you find your voice. Our training isn't about memorizing sequences. An emphasis is placed on teaching intelligence and creativity. You will learn how to be a perfect yoga teacher for yourself and from this inner place understand how to be a good teacher for your students. We do not teach specific style of yoga. All major styles and types of yoga classes will be covered with understanding that there is just one yoga—unity of the mind, body, and spirit.

The number of trainees is restricted to the small group, so everyone will get plenty of personal attention and all the help they need.

What kind of touch should we use? Should it be light or strong? Should it be fast or slow? Should we use the whole hand or just a one finger? What is too much and what is not enough? We will go through the different ways we can use our hands when guiding our students in the yoga classes, as well as different circumstances and what kind of touch is more appropriate and why. 

We will have plenty of practice to make sure that you are comfortable with your hands and hopefully, this class will help you to become a better and more confident teacher.
